Recovery Residence Certification

To further our mission, RecoveryPeople provides and promotes various recovery support services and workforce accreditations and certifications.  Certifications and accreditations are an effective and outward facing mechanism for supporting and incentivizing best practices over time.  Certification also promotes recovery support service quality and fidelity and builds capacity to meet the needs of individuals starting and sustaining recovery.

Peer and Family Workforce

RecoveryPeople offers in-person trainings for Recovery Support Peer Specialist (RSPS) and Family Recovery Specialist (FRS).  We utilize evidence-based training techniques developed by Liberating Structures to provide an active and engaging learning experience.

Recovery Incubator

Through the support of a SAMHSA grant, RecoveryPeople developed a Recovery Incubator (RI) for emerging peer leaders and recovery businesses to strengthen the ability of peer-run and recovery community organizations (RCOs) to deliver support services in the addiction treatment and recovery continuum and allied health systems. Business Incubators are a well-established approach to accelerating the viability and sustainability of entrepreneurial companies.

Recovery Academy

RecoveryPeople offers a wide variety of training and educational resources ranging in format to meet diverse learning preferences and needs. Online self-paced courses offer a high degree of flexibility, while traditional face-to-face classrooms or retreats are the most engaging and interactive.
