REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR THE BE WELL TEXAS NETWORK:
RECOVERY RESIDENCES FOR EMERGING ADULTS

January 7th, 2022 through February 4th, 2022 *
Texas is now funding Level II and Level III recovery housing and certification!
UT Health San Antonio and Be Well Texas have recently posted a new state-funded opportunity that will provide rental assistance in contracted recovery housing that are NARR/TROHN certified. Non-certified recovery housing can apply for funds that will cover the cost of becoming certified, including training and technical assistance.
Recovery housing providers must act fast, because applications are due February 4th.
This opportunity represents Texas’ growing commitment to quality recovery housing. Texas has long supported the growth of Oxford Houses, and in 2021, Texas funded Project HOMES in order to increase the number of recovery homes that proficiently support persons on medication assisted treatment. This latest initiative focuses on recovery housing for young adults who need Level II or Level III support in order to start and sustain long term recovery.
Be Well Texas team members are available to assist applicants in meeting contract requirements to join the Be Well Texas Network.
