Gray Borcherding is a person in long-term recovery with over 20 years of business management and development experience. After working a decade as a regional and district manager for major retail brands, Gray shifted his focus to the luxury retail industry. Currently, Gray is based in Dallas and works for The Conservatory. He brings a unique combination of pragmatic, analytical, and marketing to the RecoveryPeople Board.

Gray joined the RecoveryPeople Board in 2022 and has served as its Secretary.
