Project: TROHN Fellowship
The TROHN Fellowship is an initiative made possible by a 4-year grant from the HRSA BHWET (Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training) Program. Each year, 26 Fellows will receive a scholarship for Recovery House Manager training and a stipend of up to $5,000 as they complete their 250 hours of field experience (aka an “Internship”). Plus, they will also have an opportunity to receive Family Recovery endorsement and participate in a statewide learning community.
TROHN Fellows must be Texas residents, over the age of 18, a person with lived experience in SUD recovery, maintain abstinence from alcohol and illicit, non-prescribed substances, be currently working in or pursuing a role in recovery house management and/or in other recovery support services and able to complete 250 field experience hours as part of an Internship.
