Learn AboutPeer Workforce

RecoveryPeople's peer-to-career programming supports individuals and family members in recovery pursue meaningful vocations in the helping field and beyond. We are an accredited training entity and continuing education provider that offers scholarships to eligible individuals who want to use their lived experience and specialized training to help others initiate and sustain long term recovery from substance use or other mental health challenges.

Based in Texas, we cultivate a statewide network of peer workers, instructors, supervisors, training entities, employers and other stakeholders to identify challenges, share successes and develop solutions. Plus, we work with partners across the nation to help strengthen the recovery profession and field.
