Duties

• Provide peer support by sharing personal recovery experiences to inspire hope and motivation among clients.
• Assist individuals in developing coping strategies through motivational interviewing and harm reduction techniques.
• Support clients during crisis situations with crisis management and crisis intervention skills, ensuring safety and stabilization.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to implement recovery plans that respect client preferences and cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate group activities and mentoring sessions aimed at building life skills, self-esteem, and community connection.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information while documenting interactions and progress accurately.
• Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system, promoting access to resources and community services.
