Course Description:

This 1-hour training helps program applicants, employers, and stake-holders to deepen their understanding of the RSPS role. Rooted in peer values and lived experience, this session provides role clarity, core values and principles of peer work, what peer specialists do and do not do. It also provides information on where peer specialists work and why role clarity matters. This course will also give participants insight into certification pathways in Texas and how Peer-to-Career supports the journey.
