Course Description
This training focuses on recovery-ready workplaces and how they function in practice. It looks at how policy, supervision, language, and workplace culture shape stability, retention, and performance.
Participants will examine how decisions are made in real time, where inconsistency shows up, and how workplace structures impact employees, especially when someone is struggling.
The session includes research on language, recovery outcomes, and workforce participation, alongside practical application within organizations. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how recovery shows up at work and what changes can strengthen stability across teams.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Describe what a recovery-ready workplace looks like in practice.
- Recognize underlying factors contributing to common workplace challenges.
- Analyze how language and interpretation influence workplace decisions.
- Apply changes in policy, supervision, or communication to strengthen stability and retention.
