
As PROSPER enters its final year of the SAMHSA-funded grant, this interactive session will celebrate the collective progress of Peer Recovery Organizations (PROs) across Texas and highlight how findings from the statewide environmental scan and strategic plan are shaping Year 3 priorities.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Identify key accomplishments and milestones achieved across the PROSPER Network during the past 12 months, including advocacy, workforce, and research advancements.
Analyze insights from the statewide strategic plan and describe how they inform Year 3 implementation priorities for sustainability, integration, and equity.
Apply principles of adaptive and collaborative leadership to guide their own organization’s growth and alignment with statewide priorities.
Discuss opportunities to strengthen collective impact through shared leadership, peer-driven innovation, and evidence-informed decision-making.
