Course Objectives:
- Articulate the Significance of Ethical Boundaries: Recognize and appreciate the critical importance of maintaining ethical boundaries within the practice of peer support.
- Identify and Apply Ethical Standards: Accurately identify and apply the ethical code as outlined by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals in the context of peer support work.
- Navigate Dual Relationships and Conflicts of Interest: Define and identify dual relationships, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, privacy, accountability, and the need for informed consent.
