By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Recognize and appreciate the critical importance of maintaining ethical boundaries within the practice of peer support.
Accurately identify and apply the ethical code as outlines by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals in the context of peer support work.
Define and identify dual relationships, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, privacy, accountability, and the need for informed consent.
