Course Description:
This virtual learning session explores how peer work is taught, and why that matters for practice, supervision, and workforce sustainability. Drawing on peer voice and instructional experience, the session examines curriculum, facilitation, and ethics as forms of stewardship that shape role clarity, boundaries, and professional identity. Participants will reflect on how training, instruction, and infrastructure can better support Peer Specialists, Peer Supervisors, and instructors without relying on enforcement or compliance-based approaches.
