Course Description

This 1 hour interactive CEU training supports peer professionals in strengthening leadership identity, exploring peer career pathways, and creating a personalized 90-day professional growth plan. Participants engage in guided reflection, small-group discussion, and hands-on activities to map career goals across direct service, supervision, training, advocacy, and workforce development roles. Attendees leave with practical career-planning tools and Peer-to-Career resources to support ongoing professional development.
