Course Description:
This interactive training explores relational ethics, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making in the provision of trainings for peer specialists. Participants will examine challenges that may arise within peer support training environments, including maintaining appropriate boundaries, responding to ethical dilemmas, supporting accessibility, and upholding training quality and fidelity. Through discussion and scenario-based learning, participants will strengthen strategies for creating ethical, respectful, and recovery-oriented learning spaces for peer workforce development.
