Recovery Support Peer Specialist (RSPS) is a Texas peer workforce credential for people who have lived experience in recovery from substance use issues who are trained to support others initiating or sustaining long term recovery. Working or volunteering as a RSPS can be very rewarding, but may find the process to becoming a RSPS confusing or challenging.
