Marsha’s impact is deeply personal. Her own recovery journey fuels her passion for creating effective, ethical, and compassionate treatment environments. Since 2011, she has stood as one of the few female CEOs in the recovery industry—an expert in addiction recovery, intervention, family therapy, and behavioral health. Her voice resonates across global stages, from top conferences to media platforms like A&E’s Intervention, Dr. Phil, and The Doctors.
Winner of the Austin Business Journal’s Best CEO Award in 2024, Marsha holds a J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. She lives in Austin with her husband, a veterinarian, and their five children.
